Reservation Logistics
The Buckeye is part of a private property that has no other rentals, and it is managed by the owner, an individual.
A deposit of 25% is required to secure a reservation. Upon your request to reserve we will send you a bill reflecting the deposit due. Your dates will be held provisionally for 1 week, and secured upon reception of the deposit.
For US dollar customers payment of the deposit to hold a reservation is accepted by Zelle or other payment services to the host’s American bank account.
For European euro customers payment of the deposit to hold a reservation is accepted by bank transfer to the host’s French bank account.
Final payment is due before or upon arrival, by the same method, or in cash.
The deposit is refunded 100% if you cancel at least 14 days before your arrival date. After that it is non-refundable.
